No. 45, 18th August: Common frog

I had to crouch down in some thick edge-of-pond mud to take this photo... And then I began to sink in! So it was a race against time to grab the shot before my feet disappeared! Those of you who have my calendar for this year will recognise this as being the photo for August. I'm excited to say that I'm now in the process of designing my calendar for 2021! Choosing the photos and writing the captions always takes a little while, but I'm nearly there. I'll be sending off for a proof in the next few days so will be posting more about it soon. Watch this space!
