This is an old photo from Skomer Island in Pembrokeshire. The evening light was just clipping this puffin's wings as it flew. I was happy to catch it against the backdrop of shadowy cliffs behind. Skomer is understandably closed to visitors right now, but if you'd like to see some live puffins, the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales has put up some webcams (I think this video cycles between different views so might not be showing puffins all the time): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wNesAyY5eFU
Technical details: Canon 600D + 70-300mm lens at 220mm; 1/1600 sec at f/8; ISO 200.
