Yesterday evening I had a lovely time photographing a pair of red kites on the hill above my house. Watching them soar across the dark clouds and occasional patches of pink-tinged sky was a wonderful sight. This pair were even exhibiting excellent social distancing! Red kites have a wingspan of approximately 1.8m - so combining this with the space between their wingtips, these two were almost certainly over 2m apart
